Tastes just like my Great Grandmother's cake! Authentic (the fruit & nuts are soaked in rum for a year), and with no fillers (those brightly coloured candied bits you often find in cheaper products), this is the real deal. Well balanced flavour, and not too sweet. Highly recommended.
