Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated part time or full time crew member to support our business owners with various tasks. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring all requests are accurately captured. 
  • Take phone orders with professionalism and clarity, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. 
  • Process transactions efficiently using the POS system while maintaining accuracy in order entry. 
  • Cook various dishes or prepare drinks under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards. 
  • Efficiently transport food orders from the kitchen to the front counter and organize them to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager. (including cleaning) 
  • Ensure loss prevention best practices are followed. 
  • Assist with restocking supplies at the counter, such as napkins, utensils, and packaging.   
  • Provides excellent hospitality and strong two-way communications resulting in satisfactory guest feedback.  
  • Works with the restaurant management team for planning of take out and catering orders.  
  • Review each order with the guest and/or third-party delivery partners

Qualifications:

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a retail, fast food or customer service environment is a plus but not required. 

Schedule Availability:

  • Monday – Friday (9 am – 8 pm)
  • Saturday – Sunday (10 am – 4 pm)
